How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email info@klassactbeauty.com as soon as possible. We aim to ship orders quickly and cannot cancel orders once they have dispatched. Cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.

How do I change my order?

Orders cannot be changed once submitted. Please email info@klassactbeauty.com to cancel your order. Once the order has been cancelled, you will be able to place a new order with your changes.

How long is order processing time?

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for orders to process (excluding weekends and holidays).

How long does it take my order to ship?

As shipping times may vary, please allow 5 to 10 business days for standard shipments to be received.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not provide international shipments at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Klass Act Beauty accepts Paypal, Amex, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

What is your return/exchange policy?

In order to maintain high quality standards and hygienic control, Klass Act Beauty is unable to provide refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you have selected the correct items prior to completing your purchase. While we expect you will be 100% satisfied with your Klass Act Beauty order we understand that mistakes happen and will do all we can to make it right!

Defective/Damaged:

In the event you receive a defective or damaged item, please address your concern to info@klassactbeauty.com with the customer name and order number within 30 days of receipt. Should Klass Act Beauty consider the item(s) defective or damaged, the item(s) will be replaced. After 30 days, the item(s) will be eligible for store credit only. All shipments for replacements will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order.

Missing/Incorrect Item(s) Shipped:

In the event you are missing items or receive the incorrect order, please forward a photo of your entire order including the packing slip to info@klassactbeauty.com within 10 days of the delivery date. Once confirmed, missing or incorrect item(s) will be replaced. Requests received after the 10-day time frame will be denied.
